Lifinity Financial Services Inc. ("Lifinity", "I", "me") respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal information I collect through this website, why, and the choices you have. It is written to meet Canada's private-sector privacy law (PIPEDA) and the privacy laws of Alberta and British Columbia.

What I collect

• Booking questions. When you use the "Book a call" form, you share your name, email, province, approximate income range and the topics you want to discuss. This form and the booking page are run by Zoom.
• Newsletter. If you subscribe, I collect your email address. The newsletter is sent through Brevo.
• Emails and calls. Anything you choose to send me by email, phone or WhatsApp.

Why I collect it

To prepare for and follow up on our meetings, to answer your questions, and, if you subscribed, to send you my monthly email. I don't sell or rent your personal information.

Where it's stored

Zoom and Brevo may store and process your information outside Canada, including in the United States and the European Union. While it is there, it may be accessible to authorities under those countries' laws.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in every email.
• Ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you.
• Withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual limits.

Please don't send your SIN, policy numbers or banking details through this website or the booking form.
